South Africa : DRDGold announces new boards appointment [TendersInfo (India)](TendersInfo (India) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) DRDGold announced that it has elected chartered accountant Johan Holtzhausen as an independent nonexecutive director of the company. Holtzhausen has more than 42 years experience in the accounting profession. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree from the Stellenbosch University and a Bachelor of Accounting Science Honours degree from the University of South Africa. Earlier, he served as a senior partner at professional services firm KPMG. He also achieved highest accreditation level required to service clients on stock exchanges in the US. At present, Holtzhausen is working as an independent director and audit and risk committee chairperson for the Tourism Enterprise Partnership, a South African small business development agency funded by a public private partnership.
