Kerzner to deploy Ramco's HR and talent management software [Khaleej Times (United Arab Emirates)](Khaleej Times (United Arab Emirates) Via Acquire Media NewsEdge) Enterprise solution provider Ramco Systems on Wednesday announced that Kerzner International Holding has chosen its cloud-based HR and talent management software for more than 10,000 employees across nine countries. Kerzner International operates the Atlantis and One&Only resorts in Dubai, Australia, Mexico, Mauritius, the Maldives, South Africa, and The Bahamas, as well as Mazagan Beach & Golf resort in Morocco. Ramco HCM on cloud will provide manpower planning and budgeting, recruitment, employee data management, performance management, career and succession planning, training, employee self service and payroll modules to Kerzner. Since the global launch of its cloud-based HR and talent management software, Ramco Systems has added on an average one customer a week, including leading Fortune 100 and multinational brands across the globe, chief executive officer Vinrender Aggarwal, told reporters at a news conference in Dubai. Aggarwal mentioned that the company has 120 big clients in the Middle East and Africa including Emirates airline, Radisson Blue Hotels and Resorts, Damac Properties, Group 4 Securicor etc. Ramco, which records six-seven per cent quarter-on-quarter growth in revenues, is expanding its reach to new geographies including Australia, Italy, etc. The company is planning to come up with solutions for Google Glass next month in Dubai, according to Aggarwal. Ramco solutions are browsers-based so no need to install any special software and customers case any PC including desktop, tablet, or mobile Suresh Menon, executive vice-president, Human Resources, Kerzner International, said: "With operations spread across nine countries, getting a holistic view of employee operations presented us an opportunity.
