Norton Rose Fulbright today announced that Andrew B. Roth, a healthcare lawyer with more than 30 years of transactional and regulatory experience, has joined its New York office as a partner.

Roth comes to Norton Rose Fulbright from Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, PC. Known for his accreditation work, Roth counsels academic medical centers and teaching hospitals nationwide on standards required by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education and the Liaison Committee on Medical Education. Roth's other clients include multihospital systems, individual hospitals, correctional healthcare providers, nursing homes, physician groups, managed care organizations and health maintenance organizations.
